By booking an appointment, you and all passengers agree to abide by the general polices outlined below. Failure to abide by these polices will be treated as a cancelled appointment and subject to the associated fee
Fare is calculated as base fare and door to door mileage, meaning from HQ to pick up, pick up to destination, destination to HQ
Payment is required on arrival and BEFORE vehicle departs.
All passengers MUST have seatbelts fastened at all times while vehicle is in motion. A maximum of 6 passengers allowed in vehicle.
No unaccompanied minors are allowed in vehicle.
Small children must use the appropiate car seats or booster seats required by law. Such seats will not be provided by the driver.
Do not physically interact with the driver at any time while vehicle is in motion
No open food or drink containers are allowed in vehicle.
Damage to the vehicle caused by the rider's (or rider's pet's) actions will be billed to the rider.
Mileage is calculated Door to Door.
Vehicle will follow all posted speed limits and road conditions and will never exceed speed limits regardless of requests from passengers.
No smoking or vaping in vehicle at any time.
No alcohol allowed even in closed containers.
Unaccompanied personal property will not be transported by the driver (aside from returning lost property).
Driver is not responsible for property left in vehicle, but will deliver lost property subject to the item return fee, or mailed back at owner's expense.
No Refunds will be given for cancelled rides within 24hrs of booking
